After a successful launch in 2023 at our 100th Year Anniversary event, VMA returns to the Greater Richmond area with an updated agenda and extra benefits for our travel associate members.

Prepare to showcase your offerings to a diverse group of travel leaders at the highly anticipated new VMA Group Travel Retreat & Expo. Connect with group leaders from Virginia and neighboring states, highlighting the unique experiences and accommodations your destination or attraction provides. Engage in meaningful conversation, build valuable partnerships and secure bookings for group trips.

As promised, this year we are adding an educational element to our program and are pleased to share that Fred Ferguson, President of ABA will be speaking!

  • Room set up available the morning before
  • Inclusion in the Group Travel Retreat on Monday afternoon as well as the cocktail reception on Monday night
  • 6' display table
  • Power to table by request ($50 charge)
  • Listing in the program shared with all attendees
  • Regional groupings of exhibitors
  • Up to two exhibitors from the same company per table (2nd attendee at a reduced price)
  • Expo exhibitors receive a complimentary box lunch

Note: Sharing tables with other suppliers at the Expo is not permitted.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations accepted at a 50% fee until November 30. No cancellations accepted after November 30th.
