After a successful launch in 2023 at our 100th Year Anniversary event, VMA returns to the Greater Richmond area with an updated agenda and extra benefits for our travel associate members.

Prepare to showcase your offerings to a diverse group of travel leaders at the highly anticipated new VMA Operators Meeting & Travel Expo. Connect with group leaders from Virginia and neighboring states, highlighting the unique experiences and accommodations your destination or attraction provides. Engage in meaningful conversation, build valuable partnerships and secure bookings for group trips.

OPERATORS & GROUP TRAVEL LEADERS

Join us at the VMA Group Travel Expo and seize the chance to network with top travel leaders and operators. Discover unique destinations, experience unparalleled accommodations and engage in insightful conversations. Take part in a FAM tour Tuesday afternoon and enjoy the view from the passenger seat while enjoying a bite to eat on the way.  (note:  Tours to be announced shortly)

This registration is for Operators to sign up their groups and indicate the approximate time you will be arriving. 

Registration is free - this is simply to allow us to plan ahead for your attendees.  there is no limit to the number of attendees you can bring.
