This is your chance to connect with Virginia and surrounding state group leaders and showcase your unique experiences and accommodations that your destination /attraction has to offer. Engage in meaningful conversations, build valuable partnerships, and secure bookings for group trips.

Prepare to elevate your group travel experiences at the VMA's Group Travel Expo. This new VMA event brings together group leaders, destinations, attractions, and hotels for a unique opportunity to connect, collaborate, and create unforgettable group travel itineraries. Whether you lead a school group, corporate retreat, or social club, this expo is your gateway to discovering exciting attractions, securing special group rates, and forging valuable partnerships.

8:30 - 5pm Registration & Check in
8:30 - 5pm Set-up available
6:30pm Join for cocktail reception

WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 13

7:00am Final set up
9:00am - Noon Expo Open
Noon Breakdown & lunches available

• Room set up available the afternoon before
• 6' display table
• Power to table by request ($50 charge) - waived in 2023
• Listing in the program shared with all attendees
• Regional groupings of exhibitors
• Up to two exhibitors from the same company per table
• Expo exhibitors receive a complimentary box lunch
• Inclusion in the cocktail reception on Tuesday night
• Option to participate in Gala Anniversary Dinner Tuesday night

Cancellation:  No cancellations after November 30th.

Please note that guests must either use the online link above to register, or if making reservations by phone, advise the representative to use the Virginia Motorcoach Association Meeting room block to receive the discounted rate and to have your room nights credited toward the VMA's room commitment.

If you call and do not reference the room block, book online directly through Hilton.com or make your reservations through a third party site (Expedia, Priceline, etc.) you will be charged the prevailing rate offered and your room will not be counted toward the VMA's room commitment.
