Motorcoach operators should make sure that all contracts with your vendors are up to date and that your drivers and equipment are road ready and can pass initial inspection so they qualify to be placed in theater with the vendors upon your arrival to the selected staging area.
Be sure to check with your vendor representatives. Since the pandemic, many of changes have been made and we may need to update all sorts of information to make sure that we are at the cutting edge of being operationally ready in the event that we are called upon to provide any form of emergency or large-scale transportation movements.
Review your contracts with hospitals, power companies, nursing homes and other needed vendors to make sure that you have all your current contact information and emergency response procedures in place to help with a smooth operational period in the event of called response.
